Orders placed by Sunday at 11:59 PM are scheduled for delivery during the following week, while orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered the next week. We’ll communicate your expected delivery date before you finalize your order, so you always know when to expect your fresh harvest.

Not at all! If you’re not available, simply provide secure drop-off instructions, and we’ll ensure your delivery is safely left at your door.

Yes, we happily deliver to apartments and multi-family dwellings. Just share any specific access details with us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

For single-box orders, you’re billed immediately when you place your order. If you order multiple boxes, each one is billed at the time of purchase and delivered in consecutive weeks. If you ever need to pause your deliveries or adjust your schedule, just send us a note—we’re here to support your needs as we grow.
